(1) Psychological Counselling Services is a practice that is intended for offering Psychological support in order to improve & sustain the Psychological Wellbeing (Mental Wellbeing & Emotional Wellbeing) of people & the practice of Psychological Counselling Services does not replace/substitute medical advice or diagnosis provided by Licensed Medical Professionals Or Licensed Medical Institutes In The Domain Of Mental Health. 

(2) The practice of Psychological Counselling Services does not guarantee or assure specific outcomes or results related to transition of low quality mental health condition standards to high quality mental health condition standards as standards of low quality mental health condition and standards of high quality mental health conditions can only be determined by Licensed Medical Professionals Or Licensed Medical Institutions In The Domain Of Mental Health. 

(3) The practice of Psychological Counselling Services is also absolutely not applicable & not valid in the event of any mental health crisis intervention for any person and in the event any of my clients may require any mental health crisis intervention, my clients need to solicit and engage the services of Licensed Medical Professionals & Licensed Medical Institutions in the domain of mental health. 

(3) The practice & knowledge of Psychological Counselling Services does not establish & hold superiority scientifically and legally over the practice and knowledge of Licensed Medical Professionals Or Licensed Medical Institutions in the domain of Mental Health and therefore it is the personal responsibility of any clients with any mental health problems to consciously solicit any treatment/therapy for mental health problems from Licensed Medical Professionals & Licensed Mental Health Institutions in the domain of mental health as first priority or in addition to Psychological Counselling Services. 

(4). The practice of Psychological Counselling Services is not connected to and also not applicable to Psychological Counselling & Psychological Rehabilitation of clients/patients who are in the category of Mental Disability/Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Physical  Disability & Substance Abuse.

NOTE-1: The clients agree to not hold me responsible for any harm/losses/problems etc., if the clients may use/apply/distort/alter/modify any elements of my Psychological Counselling Services partially or completely with regard to matters of mental health domain and thereby indemnifying me.

NOTE-2: The clients of my Psychological Counselling Services have understood and acknowledged this disclaimer, and further also agreed to the terms of this disclaimer.

Please note my following affirmations & declarations with regard to any kind of content related to my Psychological Counselling Services published on any account of my ownership on various Social Media Platforms (Example: YouTube, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Pinterest Etc.) :-

(2) Viewing of any content related to Psychological Counselling does not establish a personal/professional relationship between the viewer and the Psychological Counsellor/Therapist.
