(2) My intention is to offer professional support to poor quality mental health conditions & however I cannot guarantee/assure specific outcomes or results which indicate a transition from a low quality mental health condition to a reasonably accepted mental health condition as determined by Licensed Medical Professionals Or Licensed Medical Institutes In The Domain Of Mental Health.

(3) In the event of any mental health crisis intervention that maybe required pertinent to mental health by any of my clients, the services of Licensed Medical Professionals & Licensed Mental Institutions related to mental health needs to be solicited & engaged.

(4) In the event you solicit my services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking additional professional help as needed from Licensed Medical Professionals & Licensed Medical Institutions.

(5)  Me & my clients understand that the information discussed & shared during counselling sessions shall be kept confidential from my end & the client's end.

(6) However in exceptional situations if the confidential information shared & discussed between me and any of my client is legally demanded by any legal authorities & licensed medical institutions. the confidential information of the client may be shared with legal authorities & licensed medical professionals/licensed medical institutions due to legal compulsions & legal obligations.

(7)  Not Involved In Counselling & Rehabilitating People With: 

      (a)  Mental Disability

      (b)  Physical  Disability

      (c)  Drug Addiction & Alcohol Addiction

Clients/Recipients connected to my Counselling Services agree to indemnify me with regard to the information/services/resources pertinent to my Counselling Services.
